１．Set up your theme / goal

３．Follow the on-screen instructions and download forms and instructions
４．Look through the instructions by referring to the form
＜Operation＞
- ●When conducting by oneself
- Walk yourself through the instructions, and move to the next step in filling out the form.
- ●When conducting with a partner
- One person is the instructor and another is the subject. First, the instructor reads out the instructions. Following the instructions, the subject asks themselves a question and and answers it. The instructor takes notes of what the subject says, question and answer. After this, the Instructor reads aloud the next instruction. Keep following the instructions through next steps.
- ●When conducting with more than three people
- One person is an Instructor, and others are subjects. First, instructor reads out the instructions. Following instructions, subjects ask themselves questions and fill them out on their respective sheets. After filling them out, the Instructor reads aloud the next instruction. Keep following the instructions through the following steps. (A skillful instructor can manage a group of 50 or so.)
